Professional Summary
Jean Lee has over 14 years of technology and commercial lending experience in the US, Canada, and Asia. She is currently based in the Bay Area and manages an asset-based team and debt portfolio of large corporate accounts covering the hardware, software, and life sciences industry for Silicon Valley Bank.
Jean has been with SVB for over 10 years and prior to the asset-based group, was a lender with the early stage software and hardware teams. She was also part of the original PacRim group that focused on lending solutions for companies invested and/or headed by Asian entrepreneurs.
Prior to SVB, Jean was part of the lending team for mid market commercial loans at CIBC Toronto and project financing team working on syndicated deals covering the Telecom and Oil & Refinery sectors of CIBC World Markets. Jean received her bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley.
