David Sabow is a Senior Relationship Manager at Silicon Valley Bank and specializes in providing banking solutions to late-stage Life Sciences companies. David leverages his capital markets background to structure non-dilutive financing solutions addressing growth capital, acquisition financing and working capital needs.
Prior to joining Silicon Valley Bank, David was a Vice President in the Life Sciences Investment Banking group at Canaccord Genuity, where he participated in public financings and M&A transactions with an aggregate deal value in excess of $1 billion. While at Canaccord, David worked on both domestic and cross-border transactions for Life Sciences companies across the Tools, Diagnostics, Medical Device, Specialty Pharma and Emerging Therapeutics sectors. David graduated with honors from Santa Clara University with a BS in Economics and a BA in French.
