For those who know anything about
technology and entrepreneurship, the idea of bootstrapping often
conjures up a quixotic image of some of history’s most successful
startups at their humble beginnings: two guys or gals in a garage,
surviving on ramen noodles, living the dream as they pioneer the future
against all odds.
In fact, that vision is not much different
