Ken Wilcox is leaving his job as CEO at Silicon Valley Bank’s parent and packing his bags for China after a reshuffling of the company’s top executives.

Wilcox, who joined SVB Financial Group in 1990 and became president and CEO a decade later, will be chairman of Silicon Valley Bank and focus “exclusively” on the lender’s presence and expansion in China. SVB Financial President Greg Becker will become CEO effective April 21.
