Silicon Valley Bank provided a $45 million Senior Credit Facility to support Vector Capital's recent acquisition of Motorola Solutions' Point-to-Point (PTP or Orthogon) and Point-to-Multipoint (PMP or Canopy) Wireless Broadband Networks businesses. The businesses will operate as a single standalone company called Cambium Networks.
