One of the biggest concerns in the U.S. economic recovery up until Q4 of 2010 was the slow pace of hiring and the lack of improvement in the job market. Given that unemployment is a lagging indicator, it is not surprising that the job recovery took time. But is the positive trend in job growth sustainable?
